Policies

 

 

 

   We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. To ensure reliable and consistent services for all of our guests, please be respectful of the following appointment policies.

 

 

  • 24 Hour Policy for cancellation or changes:

   If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another guest on the waiting list. Appointments cancelled or changed within the 24 hour window are considered Late Cancellations, and you will be charged $25 fee.

 

  • Missed Appointments/No Shows:

   Will be charged for the full amount of scheduled services to the credit card with which they were held. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations. If the credit card we have on file is declined or no longer valid, the No Show Fee is required to be paid before you receive another service.

 

  • Late Arrivals:

   Arriving late will cut into your session time and/or may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the start of your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of the service. Out of respect for our guests, we cannot cut into another guest's appointment time to make up your lost appointment minutes if you are late.

 

  • Deposits:

   We require a 50% deposit to hold your appointment at the time of booking. If you NO SHOW or LATE CANCEL, you will forfeit your deposit. We require at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or reschedule.  

 

  • Refunds:

  • Makeup Removal Charge:

   Please arrive without any eye makeup on. There is a $25 fee if your lash technician has to remove eye makeup, and it may cut into your session time. Do not use an oil-based makeup remover; leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding of lash extensions due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner.

 

  • Re-Lashes:

   If you arrive at your appointment with less that 50% of lash extensions per eye remaining, the purchase of a Full Set will be required. Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis, to maintain the look of your extensions Re-Lashes are recommended every 2-3 weeks. We cannot guarantee the work of other salons; if you already have eyelash extensions from another salon, there maybe additional fees if the lashes were not applied correctly and need to be removed. The lash extension removal fee is $25.

 

  • Cell Phones:

   Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards. This is especially crucial for lash and brow services which involve the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area. Please be curteous and repectful of your technician's time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room.

 

  • Contact Lens:

   If you wear contact lenses please bring a contact case to your appointment with you. Contacts should not be worn during the lash application process. Further, we recommend that you wait 12-24 hours after your service before wearing your contacts again in order to minimize potential infections or irritation to the eyes.
